This week’s #goaloftheweek is to be aware of what you say to yourself about yourself. Replace a thought that takes you away from what is important to you (negative self-talk) with one that acknowledges a positive thing you did (positive self-talk). Keep it simple. If you struggle to find a good thing you did, that’s ok. It takes practice. The fact that you are aware of your thoughts positive or negative is important. That can be your first good thing!
